A playful design box
The Plivio box is designed for people with interest for design, creativity, construction and “learning while playing”.
Think out of this beech wood box and use your imagination to create in a playful way a beautiful spatial design object with wooden beech sticks.
The sets are for beginners as well as experienced builders and allow you to learn, explore and discover different ways of constructing objects, while challenging yourself to go beyond what you think is possible: We call it Imagineering!
You can be sure that any object created from your Plivio construction set will always be eye-catching and by combining two sets or even more complex and amazing objects can be created!
Create any static and/or balanced "freestyle" objects yourself
A simple or complex decorative "Freestyle" object can be made: the wooden box acts as a stable soccle and support the object(s) in a fixed or balanced (or both) way. It is all about team work as the pivoting connectors (the little Imagineers) will help you to construct any object; to built is to understand!
You can start with making fixed objects, however it becomes more difficult when you want a balancing object: you will need to find the Center of Gravity (COG) of your created object, try to find it by balancing it on the box.
The elements
All parts are made from sustainable materials that are produced and assembled in Europe.
Both the wooden Plivio box and the sticks (14) are made from beech from a FSC responible sources.
The box dimensions and the holes are chosen such that the box can be used a very stable stand (soccle) to support all your fixed and/or balanced objects .
Further the 17 pivoting Imagineers are able to clamp on a wooden stick, on the box itself or on other Imagineers (in 8 different ways).
As they can pivot under all kind of angles, they give you the maximal freedom to create original objects.
